Fantastic Mountain Biking Trails in the PNW

Of course we have fantastic mountain biking trails for outdoor enthusiasts. But if you’re a beginner and you are pining for a gentler route, paved trails offer an ideal starting point. From toddlers on balance bikes to beginners shedding training wheels, here are six local cycling paths perfect for all skill levels.

-Cushman Trail: 6 miles runs North to South in Gig Harbor. For experts, continue your ride down and across the Tacoma Narrows bridge to enjoy spectacular views!  https://www.gigharborwa.gov/181/Cushman-Trail

Pedal Paradise: Local Cycling Paths for Riders of All Levels

-Foothills National Recreation Trail: This trail sits atop a historic railroad bed and snakes through the river valley southeast of Tacoma. This 21-mile-long trail is a popular commuter route but you can enjoy shorter, more manageable segments. One of the most scenic sections for the unobstructed views of nearby Mt.
